I ship via USPS Priority Mail with insurance for ALL orders.
Signature upon delivery required for orders over $500.
International shipments will start June 1, 2018. Sorry for any inconvinece.
Returns and Exchanges:
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back for a refund or credit within 10 days of receipt. You may also exchange items. All items must be in the original package and unworn.
Please email email@example.com BEFORE returning any merchandise. Any pieces returned without emailing me first will be returned to sender and will not be accepted.
Sale items, special orders, custom jewelry and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or I made a mistake.
I recommend shipping all items through USPS or FedEx. I am not responsible for lost packages and I cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. I will not accept CODs. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to me. If you choose to ship via US Postal Service, do not require a signature - this will result in the package being returned to shipper. I am not responsible for missing packages.
I have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet my return policy requirements.
